The degree course in “Master of Arts in Innovation in SMEs i2m” at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt can be done as a full or part-time one, the latter spreading over six semesters. It is meant for students who possess the undergraduate qualification, and, because of current employment necessity, or for personal growth reasons, want to acquire knowledge on the methods and processes for introducing innovative techniques on operational and managerial level. Leadership, strategy, production, all can be affected by novel implementations in a company, and the degree aims at getting students ready for those. The insight into corporate potential for change and its application will be given through a cooperative method with leading businesses, so that the practical side of the degree course is emphasized.
