The “Specialist for Behavior Based Safety’’ certificate course is offered by FHWS. With a duration of approximately three months, this program is perfect for individuals who are occupied with work or their families but are eager to acquire specialist knowledge and skills in the field of behavior-based safety. Here, students independently develop specific skills that will allow them to improve safe working behavior. They learn about the different behavioral principles and what are the most effective approaches for their improvement on the working place. The course structure features four modules, namely Basics of Behavioral Science, Systematic Basics for Operational Implementation, Practice-Related Transfer Project and Management Systems and Legal Basics.
