The Master’s degree program “Master of Arts in Art History and Aesthetics’’ provided by the University of Art Kassel offers a consecutive course of studies in the history and theory of art. The overall structure gives the flexibility to each student to specialize in a range of disciplines. Students can select classes in cooperation with the other programs or other art history institutes in Marburg or Göttingen and take an opportunity to study abroad within a set period. Upon completion, the study programs give access to a wide range of positions such as art historians or theorists.
