The degree program „Bachelor of Science in Chemistry” offered by University of Bremen spans a standard period of six semesters. The curriculum is geared towards students who want to deepen their knowledge in the classic sub-subjects of chemistry- inorganic, analytical, organic and physical chemistry, as well as in biochemistry and theoretical chemistry. The full-time course aims to convey participants experimental end theoretical skills during training. Practice-oriented, in the first half of the course, the curriculum envelops basic technical training, whereas in the second half of the course- the subject-specific specialization takes place and the chemical education is deepened. Admissions are restricted and applicants are required to present a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification.
