The degree program “Master of Education in Franco-Romance Studies” offered by University of Bremen provides a consecutive German-language course of studies. Spanning a standard study period of four semesters, the curriculum is geared towards students who want to deepen their didactic subject-specific knowledge in French language. At the end of the program, participants write a Master’s thesis. Upon graduation, students find wide range of career opportunities in grammar schools and high schools. However, the course is restricted in admissions and applicants are required to present a Bachelor’s degree.
