The practice-oriented degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Inclusive Education (Gymnasium/Oberschule)” at University of Bremen is a further development of school pedagogy and special education. The course curriculum puts an emphasis on the individual approach in student’s inclusive education. In addition, during the program, students are required to prioritize two of the following modules: Learn, Emotional and Social Development, Spiritual Development and Language. Upon graduation, participants find a wide range of career prospects in grammar and secondary schools. However, admissions for the course are restricted and applicants must present a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification and a proof of completion of a 6 weeks pre-study internship.
