The degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics/Language Sciences” explores languages in all of their forms of application. Offered by University of Bremen, the course of study spans a standard duration of six semesters. The curriculum has a modular structure, followed by the writing of a Bachelor thesis. Having gained competence, graduates are able to pursue careers in the linguistic subfields of the individual philologies, general and comparative linguistics, computational linguistics and many more related areas.
