The degree program “Master of Science in Marine Geosciences” offered by University of Bremen provides a consecutive English-language course of studies. Spanning a standard study period of three semesters, the program is extremely method-oriented. During the curriculum students would deal with fundamental questions related to the marine world. Some of the areas covered are global biosphere, marine microbiology and molecular ecology, as well as biogeochemistry and many more. Upon graduation, students are able to work in administration, universities, medicine, consulting companies, associations, environmental organizations and many more. However, for admissions to the course a Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.
