The degree “Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy” offered by University of Bremen spans a standard duration of six semesters. The German-taught curriculum is geared towards students who want to take up philosophical problems from the lifeworld and explore them critically. The course of study conveys students analytical methods and interdisciplinary way of thinking. The program has a modular structure with practical and theoretical philosophy: “Philosophy of Morals, Politics and Law" and “Reality, Spirit and Science”. Upon graduation, participants are able to build successful careers in companies, associations, international organizations, in science administration and also media and in publishing.
