The practice-oriented degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Studies/Russian” is offered by University of Bremen in close cooperation with University of Oldenburg. The course curriculum can be taken both as a complementary subject in the Bachelor’s degree or as a second bachelor's subject. If they choose the second option, participants are able to become teachers at University of Oldenburg. Spanning a standard length of six semesters, the program puts in emphasis on Russia, Poland and Ukraine as well. Admissions are restricted and applicants are required to present a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification.
