Description
The group-oriented degree program “Master of Law in Transnational Law” offered University of Bremen provides a consecutive German-language course of studies. Spanning a standard study period of two semesters, the curriculum is geared towards students who want to deepen their knowledge related to transnational law. The practice- oriented program requires the analyzing of new types of legal systems. For that reason, students have the opportunity to choose a course plan- A or B. Course plan A provides participants with a chance to spend the first semester abroad at one of the universities that cooperate with Bremen and Oldenburg, where the module “Transnational Law II" is compulsory. On the other hand, course plan B Course B does not include a semester abroad and its content is more focused on transnationalization law where compulsory modules "Methods of transnational law" and "Transnational Law I" are taught. Upon graduation, students obtain a degree awarded jointly by the University of Bremen and the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Moreover, they become sought-after specialists in that specific field of law.
