Description

The “Master of Science in Biological Sciences” program at the University of Cologne is with a length of 4 full-time semesters. The research-oriented course enables students to specialize in one of the following topics: Mechanisms of Aging and Aging Associated Diseases, Computational Biology, Ecology, Evolution, and Environment, Molecular and Developmental Genetics, Neurobiology: Genes, Circuits, and Behavior, Molecular Plant and Microbial Sciences. As part of the admission requirements, candidates must present a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) that has a strong focus on biological sciences, including practical (hands-on) training, and that is graded 2.7 or better according to the German grading system.
