The University of Cologne's "Master of Education in Catholic Religious Education" curriculum lasts four semesters. The degree is intended for prospective teachers at lower secondary, secondary modern and comprehensive schools, and it includes courses from a range of faculties and learning environments, including as universities, practical school teacher training institutes (ZfsL), and schools.
