The degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry” is offered by University of Cologne. It amounts to 6 semesters. The following combinations of subjects are available: Special education subject I and II, Subject I or learning area I, Subject II or learning area II in Chemistry is studied as subject II. During the course, students gain extensive skills both in specialist science and specialist didactics. Having gained competence in the field, graduates are able to build successful careers in the public or private education sector. However, for admission, level B1 in one language is required, level A2 GER in another language, as well as a sufficient knowledge of English.
