The “Master of Arts in Digital and Computational Archaeology” program at the University of Cologne is with a length of 4 full-time semesters. The curriculum aims to provide archaeology graduates with practical, theoretical, and critical abilities in a variety of established and future digital technologies, preparing them for careers in academia, cultural resource management, museums, and public and private cultural heritage organizations. The Cologne Digital Archaeology Laboratory (CoDArchLab), which is equipped with teaching, research, and study areas, multiple workstations, a variety of commercial and open-source software applications, as well as specialized computational imaging equipment, is available to students in this program.
