The University of Cologne's "Master of Education in Greek" program has a study profile for teaching in grammar schools and comprehensive schools. Over the course of 4 full-time semesters, the course focuses on preparing competent persons for teaching careers by offering crucial transferrable skills and information that builds on a bachelor's degree. All applicants must have sufficient knowledge of English (at least level B1) to be able to read the English-language specialist literature required for the study, as well as proficiency in Greek.
