Description


The “Master of Laws in Law, German-Italian” program at the University of Cologne is with a length of 2 full-time semesters. The faculty, in collaboration with the law faculty of the Università degli Studi di Firenze, provides an eight-semester bachelor's degree in German and Italian law, which is currently the only one in Germany. The first semester of the Master's program is completed at the University of Cologne, while the second semester is completed at the Università degli Studi di Firenze. They receive courses on tax and accounting law, international private law, international and European law, and procedural law of both legal systems throughout the Cologne semester. The master's thesis in comparative law is due in the second semester.
