Description
The Heinrich Heine University Dusseldorf offers the state examination program “Dentistry”. It is taught in German and can be divided into two stages. These stages are: preclinical period that consists semester one up to semester five, followed by clinical period, which includes semester six up to semester ten. The main purpose of this course is to further the students’ knowledge and skills in the fields of dental theories, methods, practices, as well as to help them understand different medical and diagnostic procedures, illnesses, clinical researches, etc. Therefore, this program gives the participants the chance to do a semester abroad in European country, during the second stage of their studies. After successful graduation, the students will be highly qualified to work as dentists within variety of institutions. The admission requirements include a general entry certificate, as well as medical courses test results.
