The Bachelor’s degree “Bachelor of Arts in Historical Studies (Major subject)” is provided by the Heinrich Heine University. This course is divided into six semesters, and it is taught in German language. During this Bachelor’s degree the students will gain knowledge and abilities in history, ancient history, its modern development, and methodologies. Furthermore, the participants will gain historical analytic skills and undergo a variety of practical trainings in order to get prepared for future career pathways in cultural departments, schools, universities and many others. At the end of their education, the students will need to prepare a Bachelor’s thesis. The admission requirements include a general university entry certificate, as well as German language skills.
