Description
The Master’s degree “Master of Laws in Medical Law” is provided as a three-semester, German-taught course by Heinrich Heine University. This course has the aim to develop the students’ knowledge and skills in the area of medical law, health care, legal procedures across the hospitals, as well as hospital, medical and custody law. Furthermore, this postgraduate course helps the students to understand the concepts and basics of the law that is connected with the medicine in order to get well-prepared for future career pathways. After graduation, the participants will be academically qualified to work as lawyers within the health industry. The admission requirements for this Master’s degree include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in the fields of law, as well as professional experience and language proficiency.
