The “Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Biology” program is offered at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. It is a six-semester, English-taught program. The main purpose of this Bachelor’s degree is to introduce the students to the basics of the quantitative biology, its models and concepts. Furthermore, throughout this course the participants will deepen their knowledge in the fields of IT methodology, analysis, statistic, mathematics, microbiology, research designs, etc. The future graduates will be academically well-prepared for career pathways in all departments, related to the biology and quantitative biology, such as research organisations, health institutions, public agencies, pharmaceutical industry and many others. The admission requirements consist of a general university entry certificate, as well as language proficiency in English.
