Family Sciences is an academic field that studies the concept of family. Family Sciences draw upon concepts from Sociology and Psychology in order to gain understanding of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships within families. The main aim of Family Sciences is to view and analyze families from all kinds of perspectives - historical, cultural, economic, political, clinical, legal and sociological.
