The Christian Albrechts University of Kiel provides the “Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences”, which lasts for a period of 6 semesters or 3 years. The flexible undergraduate degree teaches important scientific and technical knowledge, as well as economics and social sciences along the whole value chain from production to consumption. Crops, farm animals, agricultural economics and agribusiness, or environmental sciences are the major emphasis of this Bachelor's degree.
