Description
The two-subject postgraduate degree “Master of Arts in Art History”, which begins in the winter and summer semester, is offered by the University of Kiel. The standard period of study is 2 years. This Master's degree in art history aims to provide applicants with the finest possible circumstances for a career in the area. Using scientific techniques, students will classify works of art based on their period and location, and analyse them based on their historical, aesthetic, social, economic, philosophical, and many other humanistic elements. In addition, they study the conditions under which these works of art were created, as well as the methods in which they have been utilised. The number of credit points earned at the end of their studies is 75.
