Description

The two-subject degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Art (Teaching at Grammar Schools Profile)” degree can be undertaken at the University of Kiel for 3 years. The course begins in the winter semester and is aimed at candidates who wish to take up a teaching post at grammar schools. Students in the defined training areas of art history / art theory, art practice, and art pedagogy / art didactics will get the required technical, creative-practical, and art-pedagogical qualities. The course prepares students to teach aesthetic education in and out of the classroom in aesthetic education. Students are bound to receive 110 credits at the end of their studies.
