“Master of Science in Biology” is a single-subject postgraduate degree which is offered by the Christian Albrecht University of Kiel. The program lasts for 4 semesters and studies begin in both the winter and summer semesters. Candidates have the opportunity to pursue their own individual interests and focus on a good number of electives. During the course of study, they also have the opportunity to indulge themselves in a two six-week research internship which further enhances the theoretical knowledge that they’re familiar with. Following the completion of the Master’s course, graduates can opt for a doctorate degree. The Master’s degree enables graduates to carry out scientific work in selected areas.
