The singe-subject degree program “Master of Science in Chemistry” is provided by the Christian Albrecht University of Kiel for a period of 2 years. The program is aimed at candidates who have an interest in dealing with scientific contexts. Studies begin in the winter and summer semester with the aim of deepening the knowledge in the field of chemistry. Applicants have to choose one subjects from electives ranging from physical chemistry to inorganic chemistry. At the end of the fourth semester, candidates are required to write a Master’s thesis in one of the elective subjects.
