The Christian Albrechts University of Kiel offers the “Master of Education in Danish” program for a period of 4 semesters. The academic calendar begins in the winter and summer semester. During their stay at the University of Kiel, applicants will also gain specialized didactic knowledge and practical school expertise in practical modules. This postgraduate degree is aimed at applicants who have an interest in learning foreign languages or have a scientific curiosity in methodological issues. One of the requirements in order to enroll in this postgraduate degree is to have a good command of German language. After the completion of their studies graduates are ready to work as a teacher in grammar schools and community schools.
