“Master of Science in Drug Research and Technology” is a single-subject Master’s course provided by the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel. The course lasts for a period of 2 semesters, with studies beginning in the winter and summer semester, respectively During their studies in drug research, the applicants' abilities and competences in pharmacy will be enhanced. Pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical biology, and clinical pharmacy will be taught to applicants during their studies. The goal of the course is to educate students how to cope with scientific issues and tasks on their own, and they will successfully finish their studies by producing their own scientific work based on current drug research initiatives. After the successful completion of their studies graduates can work as a pharmacist, in the pharmaceutical industry or as a manager in public pharmacy.
