Description
The University of Kiel offers the undergraduate degree “Bachelor of Science in Economics”, which begins in the winter semester. The normal duration of this course is 6 semesters. During the course of study students acquire a solid foundation in law through the economics course, which is an example of interdisciplinary teaching and links in with techniques of the mathematics and natural science faculties. Electives in the economics course include "Microeconomics and Public Finance" as well as "Macroeconomics and Labour Markets". As a student at Kiel University, individuals will learn about economic linkages, processes, and institutions. In addition to model-theoretical analyses, graduates will also be conversant with the fundamental methodologies of empirical-quantitative analyses.
