Description
“Master of Education in Physics (Teaching at Grammar Schools Profile)” is a postgraduate degree course carried out at the University of Kiel for 2 years. The two-subject course begins in the winter and summer semester and is aimed for students who wish to work as a teacher at grammar schools following graduation. Sub-disciplines such as astrophysics, solid state physics, surface physics and plasma physics are familiarized to applicants throughout the course. Students will learn the required technical abilities to independently develop the findings of current physical research and prepare them for physics lectures during this master's degree program in Physics. Aside from that, students will master the didactic abilities necessary to arrange high-quality instruction under the most diversified situations possible. The total number of credit points received at the completion of their degree amounts to 100.
