Description
At the University of Kiel candidates can study the degree program “Master of Arts in Prehistoric and Historical Archaeology” for 4 semesters. Studies begin in the winter semester and is aimed at candidates who have an interest in preparing and interpreting found documentations. Most of the graduates work in sectors such as archaeological site maintenance, museums with archaeological collections, or commercial archaeology. Natural sciences courses such as biology, geology, and computer science can be studied as a minor subject in addition to the degree. At the end of their studies candidates earn 120 credit points.
