”Bachelor of Science in Computer Science” is provided by the University of Konstanz with a total length of six semesters. During their study, participants gain an in-depth understanding of the processes involved in computer science and study the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computer science with professional training in programming in areas such as data mining, computer security, network analysis, computer graphics, software engineering, human-computer interactions, the analysis and visualization of data. The program provides basics for formal, algorithmic and mathematical competencies in order to implement suitable data structures and efficient algorithms with technological competencies, knowledge in the field of computer, database and operating system. In addition the students acquire analysis, design, implementation and project management skills, programming knowledge in various languages and fundamentals of software engineering, human-computer interaction, project and team skills in independently-oriented manner.
