Offered by the University of Konstanz, the program “Bachelor of Education in History (Secondary Education)” is with a six-semester standard period of study.  The study program interlinks epochs with region-specific focuses such as Ancient Near East, Eastern Europe and thematic economic and social history areas of emphasis. The topics of the course include world history, economic history, Eastern European history, the history of science or media history where the participants acquire a general understanding over longer periods of time and over longer-term as well as systematic historical context.
