With a duration of six semesters, the program “Bachelor of Education in Italian (Secondary Education)” is provided by the University of Konstanz. During the course, prospective students are able to describe the essential developments in Italian literature in a position to gain a sense of the originals and obtain an overview of the Italian-language literatures while also acquiring structured and connectable specialist knowledge of regional and cultural studies in order to be able to reflect on relevant issues in a theory-guided manner. The program provides theory-based methods of text analysis and interpretation with various media forms of expression in the historical and aesthetic contextualization of authors, texts and media forms of expression and more.
