With a duration of four semesters, the degree program “Master of Science in Physics” is provided by the University of Konstanz. The course teaches the important aspects in physics and the necessary methods for analysing, solving natural science problems and developing models while during the advanced lab course the prospective students are able to expand their experience as well as mastering the skills required for working in a lab. Based on the training of analytical thinking, learning physical theories as well as mathematical methods the graduates master the independent physical experimentation, the practical implementation and application of the acquired knowledge as well as the ability to use this knowledge in an interdisciplinary context.
