University of Münster is offering the study course “Master of Science in Biotechnology” with a duration of four semesters. Students entering this program will become familiar with the processing of organisms, and learn how to work on different research project independently in laboratory. Study plan includes lectures like Patent Law and Innovation Management, Methodological and Organizational Foundations of Experimental Life Sciences, Current State of Research. At the end of their studies, participants understand the biological reactions, carried out with microorganisms, plant or animal cells. Graduates can work in biotechnology areas in business, at universities and research institutions.
