University of Münster is offering the four-semester study program “Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology/Folklore”. Those who enter in this course have the chance to acquire in-depth knowledge of the cultural and social theory, as well as the historical-ethnographic and contemporary-ethnographic methods. Students will attend both theoretical lectures and practical exercises, where can gain essential experience. Some of the main subjects, participants will explore includes Ethnographic Methods, Introduction to Honor Research, Popular Cosmologies, Material Culture. Upon successful completion, graduates are prepared for wide range of career opportunities, for example in museums, educational institutions, archives and much more.
