University of Münster is offering the four-semester study program “Master of Science in Food Chemistry”. It is designed for students with Bachelor’s degree who would like to gain further knowledge and qualification. By entering the course, participants have the chance to understand the chemical structure and properties of the food, as well as to analyze its chemical composition. Some of the main theoretical lectures and seminars they will attend includes Special Food Chemistry, Biochemistry of Nutrition, Methods of Forensic Chemistry, Molecular Sensory Analysis, Food Law. Successful completion leads to variety of career prospects, for example in management, universities, laboratory and more.
