University of Münster is providing the four-semester study program “Master of Science in Geophysics”, which is taught in the English language. It is designed for those who already hold a Bachelor’s degree and would like to deepen their scientific and theoretical knowledge. Content of study includes the lectures Advanced Methods in Applied Geophysics, Dynamics, Evolution and Simulation of Geophysical Systems, Advanced Methods for Investigating the Earth. Students will also participate in practical projects, where can apply the knowledge, they have gained. By the end of their studies, participants know how to analyze geo data, and understand the structure of the Earth. Upon successful completion graduates have wide range of career opportunities, for examples as geoscientists.
