“Bachelor of Arts in Jewish Studies” is a double degree course provided by the University of Münster with a duration of six semesters. The aim is to teach participants the basics of Hebrew language and Jewish culture. By entering this program, they become familiar with the Jewish religion, history and literature in pre-modern and modern times. In addition, they will choose between three different specializations. Content of study includes seminars, practical exercises and theoretical lectures such as Jewish Religion, Hebrew, Anti-Judaism and Anti-Semitism. Graduates have a wide range of career prospects, for example in archives, foundations, museums, NGOs, journalism, political consulting, state authorities, and more.
