“Master of Science in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance” is a degree course offered by the University of Münster. It is conducted in cooperation with Tallinn University of Technology. The aim is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of public administration and management, as well as e-governance and digitalization. By exploring variety of theoretical lectures such as Information Systems Application, Governance, Business Information Systems, IT, Project Management, students are able to implement new technologies into public sector. Upon successful completion, graduates can work in public and private sector.
