“Master of Science in Water Science” is a study course with a duration of four semesters and offered by the University of Münster. It is research-oriented, and conducted in cooperation with the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität. Those who enter this program are able to choose between three different specializations: Protection, Utilization, or Regeneration. By attending variety of theoretical lectures like Geosciences, Ecology, Biology, Technology, Natural Systems in Water, Stressors and Pollutants in the Water System, Use of Water as a Resource, participants become familiar with the natural, renewable water resources and water-dependent ecosystems, and lean to deal with complex issues and situations. After completion of the program, graduates can work in private companies, associations and research institutions.
