The program “Bachelor of Music in Composition/Music Theory/Improvisation” at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig runs over eight semesters. From the beginning of the course, students must choose one of the four profiles to focus on and deepen their interests. The curriculum includes some of the following subjects as Music Theory, Ear Training, Music History, Composition, Music Theory and Instrumental Subject. The training offers multiple electives from which students could choose to specialize and further develop their particular interests. After completing this program, graduates can work in various fields such as theater, radio, publishing, and others.
