The course “Master of Music in Early Music - in-depth consecutive” at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig has a duration of two semesters. The program builds on skills and knowledge already acquired, and these competencies are in-depth developed. The curriculum consists of the following modules Instrumental major complex, Theory and chamber music practice of early music, free elective and Master thesis or master project. Furthermore, students study major subjects such as baroque violin, baroque viola, baroque cello, historical oboe instruments, and others. Graduates become highly qualified professionals and can pursue careers in all musical fields.
