The program “Master of Music in Jazz/Popular Music - consecutive pedagogical-artistic” at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig has a length of four semesters. The goal of the course is to prepare students to qualify as music teachers in all vocational areas. The curriculum includes wind instruments, elementary music and dance pedagogy (EMP), classical singing, piano, string instruments harp and others. Students acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge and, in addition, build a personal artistic portrait. Graduates have broad career opportunities in the fields of music.
