Description

The program “Master of Music in Wind Instruments/Percussion - consecutive music education” at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig runs for two semesters. The course aims to deepen students knowledge of various music pedagogical theories, ensemble work, social competencies, and pedagogical and artistic concepts. The training contains the main subjects of flute, oboe, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, timpani, percussion and more. Students develop high-level pedagogical skills and form a very high artistic profile. At the end of the course, the students have to perform a concert.
