The study program “Bachelor of Music in Conducting” is offered by the University of Music Würzburg. It is practice-oriented, with a duration of eight semesters. Participants can choose between Choral Conducting or Orchestral Conducting to specialize in. By entering in this program, students have the opportunity to explore subjects like Symphonic Repertoire, Opera Repertoire, Choral Literature and Contemporary Repertoire. In addition, they can take part in an internship program, where will deepen conducting skills. After successfully completing the course, graduates are qualified to conduct an entire opera.
