Description
The eight-semester degree program “Bachelor of Music in Music Theory” is provided by the University of Music Würzburg. It combines both practice and theory. The main subjects are Composition, Ear Training, History of Music Theory, Historical and Systematic Musicology. In addition, they will train their singing skills and playing an instrument. Participants can also choose between three areas to specialize in. This course provides the possibility for them to take part in an internship program and different workshops. Graduates of “Music Theory” are qualified for teaching positions at conservatories and musical institutions.
