The “Bachelor of Education in Learning Area Basic Mathematical Education (Teaching at Primary Schools)” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Subject Science and Didactics in Basic Mathematics and Language, Educational Sciences, as well as German for immigrant students. Also, participants can choose from a plethora of elective modules and personalise their studies. Throughout the course of their education, students will receive sound theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for the dynamic environment of the field. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue teaching positions at primary schools. They can also opt for a subsequent Master’s degree.
